FIRE crews were called to extinguish a fire at Mildura's Kmart store for the third time in as many years on Friday night.

Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and CFA crews arrived at the Pine Avenue scene within five minutes of a 000 call reporting the blaze just after 8pm on Friday, and were soon able to put out the fire in an electrical sign at the front of the store.
