RIO Vista Park is set for an upgrade as part of a drive to make it safer and provide more community activities on Mildura's riverfront.

The works will include new public toilets, more lighting to improve security and safety, CCTV cameras, new tree plantings and linkages to the nearby off-leash dog park.
