FINDINGS on the death of a worker at a mine site near Pooncarie have been released to the public following an investigation by the NSW Resources Regulator.

On August 12, 2019, Andrew Bray was working at Snapper Mineral Sands Mine when the ute he was driving and a bulldozer collided, fatally injuring the 47-year-old.
