PROPERTY values in the Mildura municipality achieved "extraordinary growth" over the past year, but the local market's record rise paled in comparison with other regional centres around Australia.

Leading property data company CoreLogic has revealed the value of dwellings in the region grew by 9.4 per cent, with houses up 8.8 per cent and units jumping 13.3 per cent in the 2020-21 financial year.
