TWO leading local developers have questioned Mildura Rural City Council's push for a major supermarket in Pinnacle Estate's commercial centre.

Larry Dimasi, who is building a 400-lot residential development across the road from Pinnacle Estate in Mildura South, said the council's plans were "too prescriptive".
