THE Mildura Rural City Council is set to incorporate sustainable designs into council buildings as part of an updated environmental policy. The move comes as part of a new Environmentally Sustainable Design Policy will replace the Water and Energy Use Policy and seek to see the municipality aligned with the Toward Zero Emissions Strategy 2021-2050.
