COMMUNITY Roadsafe Mildura’s banner trailer has been vandalised for a second time, after being stripped for parts over the weekend. The Red Cliffs trailer, originally near Azolia street, was promoting motorcycle safety and encouraging drivers to check for motorcycles. The weekend vandalism stripped the banner of its four wheels, electricity, lights, and the licence plate. […]
