WATER NSW has extended a pumping embargo on the Barwon-Darling River system after recent rainfall while lifting another one on the lower Namoi and Macquarie valleys.The embargo, which started on Monday, applies to the Barwon-Darling from Mungindi to Lake Wetherell near Menindee and limits extractions to stock, domestic and critical supplies including town water use.Recent […]
