Microbats are back near Mildura

RECENT research has shown a healthy population of microbats living at Lindsay and Wallpolla islands near Mildura.Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) contracted Mildura-based researching and consulting firm GHD in late 2018 to survey microbats at the island.Surveys involved bat trapping and ultrasonic recordings of bat species, recording 13 species at Lindsay Island and 12 at Wallpolla Island.For […]
