Anthrax claims nine sheep

AN outbreak of the spore-forming bacteria anthrax detected at a Swan Hill property last week has resulted in the death of nine sheep.Agriculture Victoria incident controller Stephen Nee confirmed the outbreak had caused the death of multiple animals.“The situation is that we had sheep die of anthrax on Wednesday and Thursday,” Mr Nee said.For more […]
