FEL Cua and his wife Maddi are among a wave of Millennials returning to Ouyen to raise a young family in a town with a "wonderful sense of community".

The couple came back to the Mallee in 2017, when Mr Cua took on the role of assistant principal at Ouyen P-12 College, where he went to school.

And now, at just 34, he has stepped up as acting principal in one of the school's most challenging time...
