SUNRAYSIA Mallee Ethnic Communities Council (SMECC) says executive officer Dean Wickham is leaving after more than a decade with the organisation.

SMECC board chair Redgina Balchin said Mr Wickham's departure was a mutual decision and coincided with his contract being set to end later this year.
