A SHED fire that also burnt two cars on Wednesday night is being treated as suspicious.

About 8.15pm, Merbein CFA volunteers and one crew from Mildura Fire and Rescue Victoria, were called to the fire at a transport depot on O'Bryan Street, Merbein.

Merbein CFA captain Steve Russell said crews were able to extinguish the blaze in 10 to 15 minutes.
