SUNRAYSIA residents are encouraged to begin using their new green bins ahead of the start of Mildura Rural City Council's three-bin kerbside collection service next week.

The new service starts on Monday and green bins will be collected weekly, while red (landfill) and yellow (recycling) bins will be collected on alternating fortnights.
