SUNRAYSIA'S wine industry is hoping not to suffer a coronavirus hangover due to falling consumption during the pandemic.

In March, ABARES predicted Australian wine exports to China would reduce in 2019-20 due to the extended shutdown of retail and hospitality businesses, economic uncertainty and food inflation.
