MILDURA Council has knocked back a bid by Mildura Airport for $100,000 relief following a significant reduction in passenger numbers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Councillors were this week told the aviation sector had been critically disrupted by border closures during health crisis which had, in turn, hit airport revenue.
