TRAFFIC on the Calder Highway at Hattah was briefly closed on Monday after a truck failed to negotiate a newly installed roundabout and collided with a power pole.

Police said the accident happened shortly before 7am on Monday when a B-double travelling towards Mildura veered onto the wrong side of the road at the intersection of the Hattah-Robinvale Road.
