IN a major coup for Mildura, some of the biggest and baddest power boats on the planet will descend upon Sunraysia next year.

The Mildura Ski Club will host the opening round of the biennial USA v Australia BAD Boat Challenge in January, the first power boat event to be held in the region since 2012.
