EMERGING Mildura BMX rider Chase Chiswell came away with a podium finish at the recent Australian BMX Championships in Perth.

Chiswell finished third in 13-14 Boys Cruiser class, while also coming 14th overall in the 14 Boys, the largest grade in the competition.

Fellow young gun Chase Faux finished 13th overall in the 13 Boys, and Hugo Tyson was 39th in the 11 Boys class.
