SOME of the best off-road rally motorbike riders are set to compete in one of the biggest motocross competitions in the country at Hattah this weekend.

The Hattah Desert Race officially kicks off today, with the two days of racing occurring on Saturday and Sunday.

“Once you see a Hattah start, it is like nothing on earth," said event co-ordinator Jenni Gledhill.
