ROSS Lamattina has joined his famous father Phil in becoming a national drag-racing champion in a come-from-behind victory in the deciding round of the 2022/23 Sportsman Series at the weekend.

The Wemen-based 17-year-old was 10 points behind Sarah Osborne going into the finale, but his runner-up finish at Perth Motorplex on Sunday night was enough to seal the Junior Dragster Championsh
