IT'S been a decade since Vic Eddy became a volunteer at the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens and he hasn't looked back.

On Saturday he was among the many volunteers and visitors who enjoyed a cooked breakfast at the gardens as part of the Brekkie with Friends event.

He then resumed his role as train driver and took a handful of guests on a ride throughout the gardens.
