Your lifeforce energy is your currency on earth

LET me introduce myself, Rachel White, a creator, guide, author and speaker.

My work focuses on embracing our creative potential, pleasure, desires and feeling at home in our body.

I grew up in Mildura and have a professional background as an accountant.

While working professionally I became curious about mindfulness and spirituality. I completed my life-coaching certificate in 2016 and my yoga teacher training the following year.

It was through my study and experiences during this time that I became aware of how depleted I felt, even though externally everything looked fine.

In 2018 I left my career to focus on my business, following my core desire for freedom and spaciousness.

Since then, I have created many different business offers, and I continue to follow what allows me to feel good living my life.

I will be sharing wisdom and guidance fortnightly, excited about diving into topics like tuning into the wisdom within our bodies, making confident and grounded decisions, moving through fear, honouring emotional cycles, and so many other juicy topics.

To begin, let’s cover the foundation to living a life that feels good: prioritising your lifeforce energy.

In Sanskrit (the ancient Indian language that holds the wisdom of yoga) the word prana translates to “lifeforce” or “breath”. Pra means movement and an means constant.

It is the constant movement of our breath that allows us life. I know this sounds obvious, but bear with me.

How intentional are you with your breath? Does your breath feel both energising and relaxing?

Spaciousness and ease in your life will always begin with your breath.

When you prioritise inviting life into your body with intention, you lower stress levels, allow your mind to think with greater clarity, become more sensitised to intuitive messages within the body, and the ripples of impact continue.

The next facet when prioritising your lifeforce is bringing awareness to what energises you, and what depletes you.

Simply put, do more of what energises you and less of what depletes you energetically.

You deserve to live your life in a way that feels good and, although it may sound illogical, when you prioritise your lifeforce and engage with your creative energy, you expand the time available to you — a discussion for another day.
