CAN anyone remember when Mildura won the Tidy Towns competition? You would have a hard time convincing someone of the fact  today. 

Maybe there is a Dirty Towns competition we can enter, we would be a sure bet if there was. If council could keep the place tidy back then surely they can do it now.
