We read about ratepayers’ anger over the rubbish bins in Mildura.  When we lived in Adelaide the council collected general rubbish every week, then on one week the green bin and the next week the recycle bin.  That system worked extremely well. Kevin and Mavis Pumphrey,  Menindee
