Deakin Avenue truck diversion on the way?

Now that the Seventeenth Street and Deakin Avenue roundabout is complete, when will trucks from South Australia be compulsorily diverted from Deakin Avenue to Seventeenth Street, Benetook Avenue and Seventh Street? Enough, Vic Roads and MRCC! Three schools, eateries, clubs, services and a beautiful boulevard, destroyed by dangerous, noisy, building-shaking behemoths. Derek James, Mildura
