LETTER: Roundabout plans for Hattah labelled ‘idiotic’

I would like to know what idiot has made plans for the roundabout at Hattah. It would be simpler and cheaper to put a speed limit of 80km/h or 90km/h there than waste money on the roundabout. It was, I believe, an 80 km/h limit at one time.Bruce Donald, Ouyen
