Another roundabout fix to the city’s problems

Really can’t fathom the Twelfth Street roundabout. In any (unseen) list of priorities I would have considered the Thirteenth Street/Ontario Avenue intersection one of the worst in Mildura. Additionally, the parking at the hospital/medical precinct in that location no doubt contributes to traffic congestion.
