MILDURA hairdresser Jaki Dimasi will try her luck in an internationally recognised hair competition next weekend.

Ms Dimasi will travel to Adelaide for the L'Oreal Colour Trophy 2020 semi-final after successfully completing the first part of the competition.

"You had to send in a photo first and they have international judges who pick 15 semi-finalists from each state to go through," she said.
