A PLAN by the Victorian Government to overhaul the state's non-emergency patient transport (NEPT) has been revealed.

The move comes response to increased demand for the service and spearheaded by former paramedic and Member for Melton Steve McGhie, who reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the current system
