INCREASED options for dementia care in the region are a step closer after the Federal Government announced $8.5 million for a new unit at Wentworth.

The money is going to Murray House Aged Care for a new building at the old Shire chambers and library site at the corner of Murray and Short streets, located next to the current residential care
