MALLEE MP Anne Webster says a study by an online healthcare directory shows that the Federal Government is making it harder and more expensive for people to see a doctor.

Dr Webster, the Opposition's spokesperson for regional health, said the Cleanbill report, National General Practitioner Listings, released this week, showed that bulk-billing by GPs was continuing to decline.
