MILDURA Health Private Hospital's Banksia inpatient ward will closed for two weeks over the Christmas period.

The shutdown aligns with the annual closure of the Perioperative Services Theatre Unit, which is about to undergo a significant expansion.

The ward and the theatre unit will be closed from Friday, December 22 and reopen on Monday, January 8.
