A MILDURA doctor who came to the region for six weeks as a locum, and never left, has received a Length of Service Award for almost 40 years in the health sector.

Lime Medical Clinic's Dr John Dyson-Berry received the award as part of the 2023 Victorian Rural Health Awards for his extensive service to the medical field.
