EVERY patient is unique. That's what Dr Hieu Pham has discovered throughout his 32-year career as a psychiatrist.

Dr Pham, originally based in Melbourne, moved to Mildura this year as a full-time consulting psychiatrist at Mildura Base Public Hospital after years of visiting weekly.
