THIS October for Mental Health Month, Mia Kolpin and 35 others who formed Team Hammer are walking in solidarity for partner and friend Ben Heagerty who took his own life in 2019.

The team are participating in The Black Dog Institute's 'One Foot Forward' walking program, which is aimed at creating awareness and raising funds for research around Australians suffering with mental illness.
