MENTAL health and anxiety are the main issues that make life hard for youth in the Mildura region, according to a survey of more than 250 young people.

The survey, undertaken as part of Mildura Council's Draft Youth Engagement Strategy 2020-23, found social media had overtaken sport and socialising as the favourite pastime for youth in their spare time.
