GOLF'S increasing popularity with juniors had led to the inaugural Sunraysia Schools Golf Day next week.

The brainchild of Coomealla High School teachers Chris and Shannon Bush, 45 students from local primary and secondary schools will play 18 holes at Coomealla Golf Club on Monday, December 2, with the hope the day can become an annual event.
