Last Tuesday the women played a par event with Kerry Harris on +1 taking the win from runner-up Glenys Anderson on -1.

On Wednesday, 82 players took to the course to a play a Stableford event.
Trevor Spanos took out A Grade on a countback from runner-up George Poriazis, both on 38 points.
B Grade was won by Alan Steedman with 40 points from runner-up Robin Hubble on 39 points.

On Friday the women played an 18-hole Stableford event with Michelle Blair taking the win with 31 points from runner-up Jan Mierswa on 29 points.

A 4BBB medley Stableford was played on Saturday with Mathew Cattach and Graham Robertson taking the win with 48 points from runners-up Anthony Morris and Jake Cameron on 47 points on a countback from Trevor Spanos and Steven Phair.

RIVERSIDE
THIRTY-six points was good enough to give Dominic Ghidinelli the win in the Sunday medley Stableford competition held on June 8, with Bruno Zappia only one behind on 35 points.

The King’s Birthday Public Holiday saw a medley Stableford drawing a good field, which required three grades.
Damen Southgate had a terrific round and took out A Grade with 41 points over runner-up Roberto fuoco with 40 points.
The B Grade winner was Adam Keil on 39 points followed by Luke Shelly on 37 points.
Luke Trevena also had 39 points to top score in C Grade with Ashley Innes close behind on 38 points in second place.

There were three eagles on the day, two coming from Jarrad Stokker on the par five 2nd and 14th holes, while Josh Fleming had his eagle on the par five 5th.

Last Tuesday the ladies played a nine-hole Stableford with Marie Hudak winning on 18 points.
It was another 41 points on Wednesday in the Stableford competition when Tuarae Kirirua took home the A Grade win, three in front of Greg Barila with 38 points.
Wayne Innes had 36 points to take the B Grade win from Bluey Martin on 34 points.

B Grade: Maree Irvin defeated Margie Dunlop 5/4, Lyn Thompson defeated Marie Hudak 2/1, Pat Riordan defeated Selma Mayne 1 up on the 19th and rose Gilardi defeated Dawn Jackson 4/3.

Kane Heeps won the Friday nine-hole medley Stableford on 21 points, over runner-up Aaron Cumming on a three-way countback against Joel Doherty and Alex Spooner, all on 19 points.
The ladies comp on Saturday was Stableford and was taken out by Margie Lampard who finished on 34 points, a couple in front of Adel Dal Corobbo on 32 points.

A countback was needed in all three grades on Saturday in the men’s Stableford, with Steve Wilman just pipping Andrew Diwell in A Grade, both on 37 points.
Ian Fleming and Mathew Burns (Red Cliffs) both had exceptional rounds, carding 40 points each, with Ian picking up the win in B Grade.
The C Grade event went to Ryan Neyland (Coomealla), after a countback with Peter Gourlay, when both completed their rounds on 37 points.

Men’s Stableford: Matthew Bird emerged as the overall winner with 38 points on countback, playing off a 10 handicap. Runner-up honours went to Graham Bailey, who also recorded 38 points. Alan Connolly narrowly missed the podium, finishing third on 37 points, while David Lloyd followed closely with 36.

Simon Rodgers again found his way into the spotlight, picking up “The Pig” and the honour of “Round of the Week.”
On Sunday a Junior Open Stroke was played.Thomas Colbert (Riverside Golf Club) took top honours with a net 66, edging out Will Anderson (Mildura Golf Club), who carded a net 68. Colbert’s win was supported by Ronco/Trimax, while Anderson received a runner-up voucher.
