VETERANS
Our next district game is not until Monday, May 1 but we wanted to give advanced warning that it is to be played in Robinvale, giving us time to get ready and prepared to factor in some travel time.
The course is in excellent condition and there is an expectation of a very good field.
Organise your carpools and partners as the event is a 4BBB Stableford. It is wise to book early if you want to hire a cart.
Last week we mentioned that we had two new members in David Gardner and Michael Baynes. Welcome to you both and we look forward to your company at future events.
We recently reported in our newsletter that Cath Remer had submitted and application for a grant from the Euston Club. We’re pleased to report that it was successful and thanks to the generosity of the club we received a $1000 grant. Credit goes to Cath for her work in completing that application.
We have our fingers crossed that our other application to hold a VVGA championship event is also successful.
