IN these strange times where adults are made to wear masks, the smiling faces of kids celebrating Book Week was a welcome sight across Mildura this week.
Children at Mildura Early Learning Centre got into the spirit of the occasion, dressing up as their favourite characters, thanks to plenty of creative parents.
