EMERGING Mildura footballer Shaun Watson has earned an invite for Victoria Country AFL high-performance training hub over the summer.

The 17-year-old will spend time at Essendon's high-performance centre at Tullamarine on Monday and Tuesday next week, while three days in late January will be at Gippsland Power's facility in Morwell.
