PROMISING footballer Jemmika Douglas has earned selection for Victoria Country in this year's AFLW Under 18 National Championships.

The Sunraysia export has been in strong form for the Bendigo Pioneers in the Coates Talent League and now has a chance to showcase her talents on the national stage.
