RICHMOND Tigers forward Courtney Wakefield says she has put her shoulder injury behind her and is ready to give opposition defenders headaches in the AFLWs seventh season.

Wakefield spent most of last season on the sidelines after dislocating her shoulder in round two but will run out with the Tigers when they face Geelong Cats at Kardinia Park on Sunday.
