RICHMOND VFL and development coach Xavier Clarke says former Wentworth footballer Derek Eggmolesse-Smith is building consistency.

Eggmolesse-Smith is yet to play for the Tigers in season 2020 but impressed Clarke at the weekend in a 16 v 16 scratch match against St Kilda’s reserves which could have the joint 2016 Mcleod medalist in line for senior selection.
