WESTERN Local Land Services will soon commence a 1080 baiting program to control wild dogs and foxes in Pooncarie and Broken Hill.

The autumn aerial baiting program is scheduled to take place between March 19 and April 2 with teams releasing 10 poison meat baits per kilometre along pre-determined bait lines.

Following the aerial baiting program, ground baiting will also be carried out.
