MORE blue-green algae red alerts for the Lower Darling River have been issued by WaterNSW.

On Tuesday the authority put out the red alert for Pooncarie and Tolarno, on top of the same level warning issued for Ellerslie last week, meaning there are now three such cautions below the Menindee Lakes.
