MILDURA Council's latest Environmental Sustainability Report says the council reduced water usage by 22 per cent in the past financial year.

This comes on top of a 9 per cent reduction in council water use in 2021-22.

The council also diverted 2567 tonnes of green waste from landfill, according to the report.
