MILDURA man Ian Browne has expressed concern at the number of dead carp being left on banks and is appealing to local, state and federal governments to educate the community on the correct manner of disposal.

Mr Browne said there was confusion over what to do with dead carp and he would like to see posters in fishing shops and a few signs along the river to educate people.
