THOUSANDS of Victorian year 12 graduates have received offers for university and TAFE courses in the latest Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre round of offers.

The second round of openings made almost 13,000 places available for undergraduate degrees and vocational programs, with four additional rounds still to come.
